Scope of Warranty:
All Creator production lines are warranted against defects in Creator workmanship and materials.
Warranty Period:
All of Creator products are warranted for 12 months from the date of shipment to Creator¡¯s customer from Creator¡¯s factory. All warranty claims must be submitted to a Creator Service Center prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
Warranty Service Center Locations:
Warranty service is available for all Creator products from Creator¡¯s Customer Service Center in China, Italy, Malaya. A list of Creator¡¯s Authorized Service Centers can be found in Customers Service Center.
Procedure to Receive Warranty Service:
Customers should take or ship prepaid the Creator product requiring warranty service to a Creator Authorized Service Center. Please include an explanation of the defect or problem, and your name, address and telephone number.
Repair by Other than a Creator-Authorized Service Center:
Customers who are unable to take or ship the Creator product to a Creator Authorized Service Center, or who desire a repair to be made by other than a Creator Authorized Service Center, should inform Creator company. A repair by anyone other than a Creator Authorized Service Center must be approved in advance by Creator.
Repairs or Replacement Within the Scope of the Warranty:
If a Creator production line or its parts are defective due to Creator workmanship or materials and the defect occurs during the warranty period, then Creator will either repair the product or replace its parts with a new one, whichever Creator believes to be appropriate under the circumstances. Creator is not responsible for removal and shipping of the Creator product to the service center, the reinstallation of the Creator product upon its return to the customer, or any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the defect, removal, reinstallation, shipment or otherwise.
Repairs Outside the Scope of the Warranty:
Problems with Creator products can be due to improper maintenance, faulty installation, non-Creator additions or modifications, or other problems not due to defects in Creator workmanship or materials. If the Creator Authorized Service Center determines that the problem with a Creator product is not due to defects in Creator workmanship or materials, then the customer will be responsible for the cost of any necessary repairs. Customers not satisfied with a determination that a problem is outside of warranty coverage should contact the Creator company for further consideration.
Product Specifications:
All product specifications, applications and other information provided in Creator¡¯s catalog and publications are subject to correction and change without notice and should be confirmed with the Creator company prior to ordering.
No Other Warranties and Liability Limitation:
This Limited Warranty and Service Policy represents Creator¡¯s sole and exclusive warranty obligation with respect to Creator products. Creator¡¯s liability to a customer or any other person shall not exceed the Creator¡¯s sales price of the applicable Creator product. CREATOR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY.
